WOYWW 404 # What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

I don't seem to have got very far with this Masterboard so I apologise, I have had other things on which you can see if you click here and some other stuff which is " For My Eyes Only" at the moment but you will get to see them, so I have to be excused.
I think this might be something I just keep coming back to until it's finished.

I've been colouring it with distress inks by rubbing them on my craft mat and applying them with a brush.

Quite fancy adding some Distress Oxides which might be fun! We shall see! Cos yes! I have them and I'm having fun trying them out, samples will follow soon.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Thanks partly to you, I made my own master board last week. I love using the water colouring with distress ink technique. My distress oxides haven't arrived yet, so I'm feeling a bit jealous. I think they'll be worth the wait though. Sarah #24

Lovely desk and makes today, great use of the muted palette too. Be interested to hear your thoughts on the oxides as I've (so far) resisted them ..... should I give in?!?!

It's nice to have something to visit when you don't want to start something from a time point of view, I think this masterboard is perfect for that. And it's looking lovely already! Will be interested to hear about the Oxides, I think I'm going to take quite a lot of convincing!

Thanks for your visit. My norm seems to be running late. I did visit the blog on Seth Apter really love all his new items. And I so want to get some of the Oxide inks, love how they look applied. Here I usually order on line, seem to be in the middle of no where when I look for craft items. Enjoy a fun weekend.

not heard of the oxides but I think my purse would like it to stay that way!! Loving the colouring you have done using the inks, apologies for the late visit but better late than never :) Tracy #27

Oooh I LOVE that masterboard, Angela - such subtle colouring with the DIs. I love using them as watercolours. It will be very interesting to test this technique with the new Oxides - can't wait for mine to arrive, and to feel well enough to start playing again. Thank you for your lovely comment, and for your valuable input on stamping platforms - I've watched quite a few videos on this, and love how you can restamp ones that didn't give a good impression first time - I'm not the world's best stamper and often have problems lining things up properly too, so I think this tool is going to make me enjoy stamping a lot more. Large stamps are particularly scary because I rarely get a complete impression with them! I'm now just looking forward to feeling well enough to get going again on being creative and playing in the studio.

Happy belated WOYWW,
